- Designs and make molds The customers provides samples or drawings,we design and make molds according to requirements.After molds are ready,we provide samples and send to customer for confirmation.
- Mass Production After customer confirmations.After installing and adjusting the remaining molds, bottles will be produced 24 hours a day without interruption to make sure the machine works well.During the produce processing,engineers and QC are all in workshop until the products are ready
- Quality Inspection QC charge of the product quality.They will do in-line inspection and 100% finished inspection before packing.Unqualified products will be eliminated.
- Packaging Mainly paper packaging and pallet packaging, we also accept various customized packaging.The requirements for the packaging body are to meet customer needs, be safe, and have a high utilization rate.
- After the packaging is completed, we will first place it in our own warehouse and wait for transportation. Usually, payment is made upon delivery, and we will give customers some time to arrange payment without charging storage fees.
- Delivery after the packaging is completed, transportation can be arranged. We support EXW, FOB, CIF terms etc. Whether it's picking up the goods at the factory or transporting them to the port, we accept them. Generally, customized goods are transported by sea or rail.
